I meditate in winter, summer, outside. I never have one cold, not even a runny nose or a sneeze, or maybe now and then, but because of dog hair. But I never get a cold. But every time at a retreat, in the middle of it, or just slightly after a few weeks, I’d have a cold or cough. But this is common. In India it’s very common for any guru to have a lot of coughing. And then they have to take medicine also. And then something else comes and then, and then, and then… I will get stronger now, to withstand all this onslaught of (bad) karma. “My first time to see You. After 11 years. The first time I’ve seen You in person, Master, physically. And before initiation, I also see You come to show me how to concentrate on the forehead. You also use the thumb to show me. At that time, I’m not initiated yet, and I don’t know what happened, until I got initiation, then I know, and I know, OK, what that means.”
