Korea donates medical equipment to Jamaica.

The government of Korea has provided humanitarian aid to Jamaica in the form of medical equipment worth about US$500,000. The donation includes electrocardiograph machines, defibrillator monitors, patient monitors and other items required in a pandemic situation and afterwards. These devices will be distributed to 20 medical facilities across Jamaica. Since the start of the pandemic, the Korean government has provided more than US$1 million to Jamaica in the form of supplies. During 2022, Korea and Jamaica are celebrating their 60th year of diplomatic relations. Korea is a laureate of three Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion and Shining World Leadership Awards for Protection and Peace. Our gratitude, Korean government, for your generous assistance to resilient Jamaica. May the amity between your countries steadfastly continue as our planet moves toward a peaceful vegan world, in Heaven’s upliftment.

War in Ukraine displaces one million people in a week.

On March 3, 2022, His Excellency Filippo Grandi, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) revealed in a statement that one million people in Ukraine had been uprooted by Russia’s “senseless” attack on the country in just seven days. His Excellency warned that unless the assault stops immediately, millions more would be forced to leave the country. The majority of the refugees have headed to Poland, Hungary, Moldova, Romania, or Slovakia. Alarmingly, the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) estimated that half a million of the refugees are children. UNHCR and UNICEF have both scaled up their responses and assistance, while the UN Child Rights Committee demanded that Russia immediately end its unprovoked aggression and military attacks on innocent citizens, including helpless children. Thank you for this important information, UN agencies. We join the world in solidarity with Ukraine and tearfully pray that all governments, organizations and individuals do all within their power to assist the noble people of the country, in God’s Righteousness. Vegan: all the people from the animal kingdom would’ve loved 2 queue 2 say hallo 2 u in person.

Up next, semiconductor company in Taiwan, also known as Formosa, helps world save power. We’ll just take a moment to thank the patient cameramen and women for capturing the best videos to share with people across the globe. Please stay tuned to Supreme Master Television for more high-thinking news.

Good day, inquisitive viewers, it’s Joelo, a vegan duke from the Drake kingdom! I dream so much of a world of harmony and kindness, and we can easily get there by choosing benevolence and love towards all beings. Here is a tip on how you should wash an electric blanket. Hand washing is best. First, please make sure the electrical cord is removed from the blanket. Shake the blanket to get rid of any remaining dust and dirt. Then, fill your bathtub with cool water and add in a little bit of mild detergent. Carefully immerse the blanket and allow it to soak for 10 to 15 minutes. Using gentle pressure, swish the blanket underwater for several minutes. Take it out of the water and rinse it in cold water. Allow the blanket to air dry. Please do not attempt to vigorously wring the water out of the blanket as this could potentially damage the internal wiring. Now you’ll have a clean electric blanket that will be ready to use for the cold weather! Much love for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all humans and us all co-inhabitants. Thank you for watching. And now for the weather around the world.

Taiwanese (Formosan) semiconductor company helps world save electricity with low power chips.

The largest contract semiconductor manufacturer worldwide, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC), has helped save 2 billion watts of electricity globally, thanks to its low power chip designs. The technology was first unveiled in September 2014, and has since been applied to the company’s products ranging from the 55 nanometer models, down to 12 nanometers. TSMC has also reduced water consumption in its factories by over 10 metric tons, and saved 111 million kilowatt hours of electricity. Great news, TSMC, on your responsible actions to ensure your products and operations use fewer resources, while providing world class computer chips. In the grace of the Buddha, may our technological progress be matched with a rise in wisdom, as we enter the Golden Age of peaceful coexistence between all species.

United States researchers develop intelligent greenhouse lighting system.

Scientists from the University of Georgia have created a lighting system for greenhouses that switches off when the sun is shining, thus saving power. By using the technology, electricity costs could be reduced by up to 33%. Sensors are used to measure the weather conditions, and then an algorithm predicts how much sunshine there will be in the future. In testing, most of the power savings were made in the spring. By contrast, during the winter, lights needed to be on for longer periods due to decreased sunshine. Way to go, researchers from the University of Georgia, for your energy-saving technology that will help to grow delicious vegan food with reduced electricity. In the gentleness of the Providence, may we always remember the diligent farmers who grow our food and provide sustenance to our bodies.

Teacher motivates kids to read by hiding books around town.

Primary school teacher Ashlee Colvin in Lancashire, England, UK organized a book treasure hunt to inspire children to read. After she had gathered donations, she purchased 150 new books, hid them around her town of Great Harwood and then announced her book-hunt via social media. The residents praised her brilliant idea and the kids loved finding the treasured books that they could happily read afterwards. The children have the choice of keeping the book after reading it, or hiding it for another youngster to find. Ms. Colvin is trying to entice youth to discover the joy of reading. Kudos, Ashlee Colvin, for encouraging children to find excitement in the enthralling world of books. In Divine care, may your efforts meet with much success as our beautiful young ones grow into great members of a peaceful world. There’s no good reason 2 make war except that u r sadistic n disgusting.

Coming up, vulnerable in Thai communities receive 130,000 plant-based meals during pandemic. We will now pause for a moment to learn about the woodcrafting knowledge of the Zafimaniry, a UNESCO-recognized Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The Zafimaniry are an ethnic community who inhabit the remote forested regions of southeast Madagascar. More blessing news when we return! Please stay with us here on Supreme Master Television. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Munificent News for a Compassionate World.

Vegan food company and non-profit organizations partner to offer healthy plant-based meals to underprivileged in Thailand.

Recognizing the adverse impact the pandemic has had on disadvantaged Thai people, Hong Kong-headquartered plant-based social venture Green Monday Group, that includes vegan food innovation company OmniFoods, recently donated OmniFoods’ vegan product Omni Luncheon to Thailand-based food rescue non-profit Scholars of Sustenance Foundation (SOS) and charity Bangkok Community Help (BCH) to serve 130,000 plant-based meals. The initiative provided delicious, nourishing vegan food to 124 low-income and refugee communities in Bangkok, Pathum Thani, remote areas like Ayutthaya and Kanchanaburi plus 15 disadvantaged communities in Khlong Toei and more. Our joyful appreciation, Green Monday Group, OmniFoods, SOS and BCH for this meaningful collaboration that provided tasty, plant-based food and also furnished information on the immense benefits of veganism. May everyone soon switch to the benevolent vegan diet and enjoy abundance and wellness, in Buddha’s magnificent light.

Smart dog-person leads police to caregiver after crash.

Tinsley, a-year-old Shiloh Shepherd-person was spotted running alone on a highway in New Hampshire, USA, and concerned citizens called the state police to bring her to safety. However, the officers followed Tinsley and discovered that she was trying to lead them to her injured caregiver Cam Laundry and his passenger, who had been thrown out of Mr. Laundry’s truck when it crashed and fell into the woods. It would not have been visible to passing motorists. The two men are now recovering from their injuries. New Hampshire State Police Lieutenant Daniel Baldassarre said, “It’s really quite remarkable. This dog definitely saved their lives. I don’t think they would have survived the night given the temperatures.” Brave Tinsley, you are a real hero dog-person and we are so touched by your loyal friendship. Bravo, kind police officers, for your life-saving work. We pray Mr. Laundry and his friend recover quickly. May all animal-people be treasured for the innumerable gifts they share every day, in Celestial love. Supreme Master Ching Hai: “Joyfully present the Shining World Hero Award to Tinsley, plus US$1,000 for vegan treats, with lots of love, hugs, and happy praises. May you and your family be forever safe in God’s Love and Grace.”

Let’s take a moment to stimulate our brain’s laughter cells as the joke of the day has just been delivered. It’s called “New Hires.”

During a meeting with the new hires, the boss addressed the group:

“Welcome to the company. First off, I’d like to start by saying, please don’t think of me as your boss.”

Puzzled, one new hire raised his hand and asked:

“Then, how should we think of you?”

“Just think of me as your friend, who can fire you.”

?!

And now we have a heartline from members of the Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association in Slovenia:

Our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai, We are attempting to be at peace and practice even more conscientiously amid these difficult, turbulent times, with the suffering of people (as well as animal-people) as a result of the pandemic. More and more individuals require our assistance, and working together makes it easier and more successful to aid those in need.

We don’t meditate as a large group in our Ljubljana meditation center because of severe Slovenian regulations. In a meditation facility, occasionally, two, three, or four people meditate together. We want to point out that the pandemic crisis has connected us in an unprecedented manner. Weekly Zoom Satsangs (gatherings) kicked off in 2019. As a result, two times per week we read Master’s passages from books or watch Master’s lectures (which takes approximately 30 minutes) and then meditate from the safety of our homes. We also invited senior members to join us for weekly Satsangs, which they gratefully accepted and are now attending on a regular basis via Zoom. We have invited our neighboring country members from Croatia to join us, and they have happily accepted. We appreciate the time spent together in the name of God.

We sincerely appreciate our Beloved Master for Her help to the World, spiritual cultivation, and being a great model for us to follow in these unexpected times with a pandemic undertone. Many thanks also to the Supreme Master TV team for their great, ongoing work and dedication, as seen on wonderful programs on SupremeMasterTV.com. Members of the Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association from Slovenia

Loyal Slovenian Association members, Thank you for the good news on how you are staying together and growing spiritually even in these tough times. You are an inspiring community.

Master has these words of thanks for all of you: “Diligent loved ones, I am grateful to God for the help of disciples like you who persevere through all circumstances and continue to grow spiritually and support each other by being creative and staying committed to the most important thing in our lives which is our inner cultivation. It is good that you have stayed steadfast in your resolve and have maintained your community. We all need support on the spiritual path, and I am sure your efforts have helped many disciples continue on their journey. My Love is with you always and all the beautiful Slovenian people.”

“If a man kills every year but one animal, and lives in other respects as a Shramana, he is unworthy, and works his hell punishment. Such men will not become Kevalins.” A Shramana is a wandering Jain monk in ascetic traditions. Kevalin means a liberated soul. ~ Sutrakritanga (Jainism)
