Take a look into the candid conversations between Supreme Master Ching Hai and Her disciples, on subjects ranging from spirituality to daily life, as well as rare insights into other realms beyond Earth. We must open our hearts to all kinds of noble influence, all kinds of noble company; we must take advantage of this chance. Are you happy? (Yes.) Good (vegan) food? (Yes.) Thanks to the kitchen. (Thank You, Master.) Thank kitchen, I am included. (Thank You, Master.) Thank kitchen, they’re very good people. You know we’re international here. I am Aulacese (Vietnamese), and there’s another one from Germany. And this one’s from France. And one from Taiwan (Formosa) and two from Korea. This one is very special. (It smells so delicious.) Did you put Chinese angelica inside? (Yes.) They have a special sauce which is called “eight spices”. I don’t know how to say it in Aulacese (Vietnamese)? (There’re about eight kinds of medicinal herbs inside.) There are eight tonic ingredients in there. Liver tonic, kidney tonic, spleen tonic, eye tonic, nose tonic, ear tonic, (Everything-tonic.

In Korea, do you make this kind of roll? (Yes, but not the same with this one. When we make by ourselves, it’s with flour, and we fry them.) OK. Beautiful. (Yes.) They look so nice. (Yes. It’s not much.) Yeah, cut some more. (Yes.) I like shredded carrots on it. (Yes.) It tastes good. (Before, I saw one Aulacese [Vietnamese] sister used some peanuts.) Yeah, that’s a different... Here. This is if you have a sore throat, only three, four a day even though it tastes good. (Thank You, Master.) This is from my garden. (Ah, OK.) Hand-picked. (Wow.) And this is from the Aulacese (Vietnamese); the Aulacese (Vietnamese) just brought it. We don’t have a lot for everybody. Just for you. These are from my garden, pear and plum. Mango – not from my garden, not yet, maybe in the future

We don’t even have a table here, because, we room it all out for people to meditate. So you just eat like this, standing like me. Wow, we have (vegan) spring rolls here. Wow, Good Love, he likes this. I’ll give him some of this. He loves this. […] He loves all this stuff. He loves Aulacese (Vietnamese) stuff. And He loves this (vegan) fish roll as well. In the summer roll we can put any kind of vegetable. Even some of this here can also go in there. There’s no rule for which one you put. Because it’s leftover, I’m going to put it in here and I’ll use it, together with the other herbs. Celery, very good. OK. So, this is a vegan shrimp. And we normally halve it, make it half like this, and then we put it in the roll. […] The herbs you cannot put a

Because today is Moon Festival. So, we’re going to do something special for everybody. This is also special Aulacese (Vietnamese). We call it chả lụa. Chả lụa, meaning like silky ham, but vegan. […] You can put it in a sandwich, in French bread, French baguette, and then put some herbs in it, and some pepper, black pepper, and some salt. Wow, perfect! I’ll make it for you one day. Is this too nourishing? (No. Because it is the Mid-Autumn Festival… White Dew (solar term). After this time, we have to eat some nourishing soup…Drink this and You won’t catch a cold in winter.) Wow! Really? Do we have something to wipe the hands? (Tissue.) Clean ones. If possible, buy something eco-friendly like from China, made of straw. Made of refuse or straw from the field. (OK.) They all love French bread. They can’t eat a lot though. Too much makes you fat. They love it, just like that. If I put (vegan) butter, they don’t even care. They just like to eat, just like the French people, buy it from the shop and chew it on the way. (On the way. On the way home.) On the way home. Oh, it looks so good when it’s crispy and hot. […] Benny, you want to come in? Mama’s too tired.

Do you have it? No. (I don’t know about mainland China. Sisters said that they used to have it in Taiwan [Formosa] before.) Really. (Yes.) Did they copy it from Âu Lạc (Vietnam)? (Lunar New Year. We used to have it only for Lunar New Year.) Only for Lunar New Year? (Vegan cakes for Lunar New Year.) We celebrate Lunar New Year today. Actually, sometimes we think other countries are better, but then slowly we realize how beautiful our own mother country is. Just like now, they showed me some of the Âu Lạc (Vietnam) area, like the county, the province where I wa

Because tamarind has the substance, understand? (Yes.) Otherwise, lemon is only sour, but does not have the substances, understand? (Yes.) That’s why it is not as delicious as tamarind.
